Life at oOtary throughout 2023 :
At oOtary, conviviality is essential. Every occasion for celebration is an opportunity that we seize to the full! Throughout the year, our aim has been to bringing together oOtary teamsWe offer a wide range of training courses, both face-to-face and remote, as well as convivial events.
So here's a little looking back on 2023Join our teams as if you were there!
Acte 1: Team spirit
In 2023, oOtary formed a running team to take part in the Haut-Rhin corporate cross-country race! Courage, fitness, a positive atmosphere, endurance... and above all, excellent team cohesion. The oOtary teams have it all!

Act 2: Conviviality and integration
oOtary warmly welcomes new members by organizing a breakfast with each new arrival. These get-togethers introduce new recruits to the team and help them settle in. There's nothing like sharing a pleasant moment over a croissant and a coffee to get to know each other.
The summer of 2023 was also marked by a friendly barbecueThese regular events are not only appreciated by the teams, but also help to foster closer ties between them. Act 3: Commitment and solidarity
At oOtary, we're committed to supporting causes such as Pink October and Movember.
Pink October is to dress in pink to show solidarity and help raise awareness of breast cancer. OOtarians proudly took part in this collective effort!
MovemberIn November, the OOtari Group is encouraging people to grow a moustache in support of the fight against male cancers, and testicular cancer in particular. A few oOtarians proudly sported a moustache as a sign of support!

Act 4: The festive season
It's been a busy end to the year at oOtary!
Based in Alsace, our company celebrated Alsatian culture with the traditional St Nicolas. St Nicolas rewards good behavior with sweets and chocolates, and this year our team was treated to manalas (Alsatian brioches), hot chocolate and mandarins.
A a pleasant moment of conviviality to kick off the last month of the year.
Throughout December, our Secret Santa has taken on a digital dimension in recent years. To include everyone, whether telecommuting or face-to-face, every oOtarians had the opportunity to be a colleague's Secret Santa. Many oOtarians participated with enthusiasm, creating moments of joy and complicity during this festive period.
Finally, the OOtarians celebrated the end of the year with a festive evening!
On the program: Laser Game and Restaurant. It was a wonderful evening, bringing 2023 to a close in style, and a fitting start to 2024!
Everything was in place for a pleasant evening together and a further opportunity to bringing oOtarians together face-to-face and distance learning!

Throughout the year, oOtary cultivates close relationships with partners such as BAW, Arcwide and many others. These exchanges provide our teams with the opportunity to organize kickoffsand meetings and moments for exchange and sharing ideas.
