As 2024 draws to a close, it's time to look back on a year marked by the innovation, excitement and passion that drive oOTARY. Through our projects and collaborations, we have continued to push the boundaries of our vision and connect with our ecosystem. This retrospective highlights the highlights of 2024, celebrating our successes, challenges and milestones, as well as the teams who are part of this adventure!

The year at the heart of oOtarians
Forging links between OOtarians: a year of conviviality and sharing
At oOTARY, we believe that a company's strength lies above all in the bonds that unite its employees. In 2024, this collective spirit was at the heart of our priorities, with initiatives designed to strengthen team cohesion.
Throughout the year, we took part in cross-corpos, inter-company exchanges that enabled our employees to spread oOTARY's influence beyond our walls, on paths that weren't always easy, but the oOtarians were there!
The convivial moments didn't stop there. We share them regularly throughout the year, such as the traditional galette des rois in January, the St Nicolas in December, bringing all OOtarians together to share a warm, gourmet moment. Just like our unmissable barbecue party where, in a relaxed and festive atmosphere, we were able to observe the starry sky.
These events, which are both professional and convivial, reflect our ongoing commitment to forging strong links between all oOtarians. A dynamic that will continue to guide us through 2025 and beyond!

Ending the year in style: the festive season
At oOTARY, the festive season is always a special time to share moments of joy and conviviality. In 2024, we once again celebrated this season with events that brought all our teams together.
We're used to celebrating the feast of the Saint-Nicolas, a warm moment where sweet treats and gourmet surprises are the order of the day. This annual rendezvous has become an unmissable tradition, marking the beginning of the magic of the festive season on our premises.
And let's not forget the putting up of our Christmas tree in our premises as well as the Christmas sweater where on-site and remote oOtarians played the game!
Finally, we closed the season with the Secret SantaA moment of sharing where each employee can pay a little attention to a colleague, but keep it a secret until the big day!
These end-of-year festivities illustrate once again the importance oOTARY places on creating an environment where professionalism and moments of sharing combine to nurture a unique team spirit.
oOTARY's commitment: supporting the causes we care about
oOTARY reaffirmed its commitment to society by supporting initiatives that make a difference. Among them, Pink October and Movember were the highlights of the year, bringing oOtarians together around essential causes: the fight against breast cancer and prostate cancer.
For Pink OctoberOur teams took action by dressing in pink to support the cause of breast cancer awareness.
In November, for Movember oOTARY was just as committed. Proudly sporting moustaches or simply showing solidarity, our employees helped to raise the profile of men's health issues.

oOTARY hors des murs
oOTARY took part in a number of events during 2024, including trade fairs organized by our partners, conferences and special invitations.
All these events enable our teams to promote oOTARY's expertise. Here are just a few of the events that marked 2024:
SAKO LONDON: January 15-18, 2024
The SaKo (Sales Kick Off) is a major event forIFS to get the year off to a great start! A major event bringing together the IFS ecosystem: IFS Sales, Presales and Consulting worldwide as well as IFS Partners.
oOTARY was present throughout the event as a Silver Sponsor to highlight the power ofArmony Solution and proudly present the new product features that enable No Code access! A real innovation to speed up the implementation of IFS projects.
IFS Connect UK and FR: March and April 2024
oOTARY also participated in IFS Connect UK (Birmingham) and IFS Connect EN (in Paris).
An opportunity for teams to exchange experiences and innovations, while strengthening relationships with partners and exploring the IFS ecosystem. Artificial Intelligence was a major topic of discussion at the event, a subject that is gaining ground in business discussions and issues.
The oOTARY awareness at these events is increasingly important, thanks to the quality of the work done by all the teams and the encounters we make throughout the year!
IFS USER CLUB: June 2024
An independent event from IFS, the User Club organizes this annual conference. This year's event, oOTARY invited as IFS partner !
A dedicated workshop, in which we took part, enabled us to highlight Armony Solution to show off its power and highlight the principle of " smooth migration ". A great opportunity to meet new IFS customers and partners.

IFS PURPLE SUMMER PARTY: July 2024
The event brought together French partners including SLK Consulting Partners, K4-U, Arcwideand BAW - Business At Workall oOTARY authorized partners, at the new IFS premises in Levallois-Perret. An excellent opportunity to network and discover the latest IFS news!
IFS UNLEASHED: October 2024
An exceptional IFS event where oOTARY was there!
The event was a real milestone for oOTARY! A turning point that has resulted in increased visibility and awareness of oOTARY and its solution. Many exchanges, presentations and sharing of expertise took place. AI and the latest IFS developments were at the heart of the discussionsBut for oOTARY, it was the bonds and the spirit of sharing that marked this event. Interviews with our experts, a private evening at Universal Studios, meetings with true sporting icons...
