initialement d\u2019un <strong>processus de saisie manuelle des notes de frais<\/strong>, qui repr\u00e9sentait une grande perte de temps pour l\u2019ensemble des collaborateurs. Un champ \u00ab type de frais \u00bb va d\u00e9clencher le rafra\u00eechissement de la page en fonction de l\u2019option s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9e.<ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>\u00ab\u00a0Type de frais non-kilom\u00e9triques\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0: la s\u00e9lection des frais non-kilom\u00e9triques <strong>permet de charger un fichier\/prendre une photo<\/strong> d\u2019une note de frais.<\/li><li>\u00ab\u00a0Type de frais kilom\u00e9triques\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0: le champ qui permettait initialement de charger une image est remplac\u00e9 par des <strong>champs sp\u00e9cifiques<\/strong>, qui vont guider la s\u00e9lection de l\u2019adresse de d\u00e9part et celle d\u2019arriv\u00e9e.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Visualisation des r\u00e9sultats avant injection <\/strong><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>Pour les frais non-kilom\u00e9triques, l\u2019utilisateur voit le menu reprenant les <strong>informations principales<\/strong> <em>(nom, type de frais, date, prix, TVA)<\/em> et <strong>l\u2019image import\u00e9e. <\/strong><\/li><li>Pour les frais kilom\u00e9triques, l\u2019utilisateur peut <strong>visualiser le r\u00e9sultat de l\u2019oc\u00e9risation et\/ou du calcul kilom\u00e9trique. <\/strong>Il a aussi la possibilit\u00e9 de modifier certaines valeurs avant qu\u2019elles soient inject\u00e9es dans IFS.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Injection dans IFS<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Chargement dans la GED IFS<\/strong> \u00e0 une fois les lignes de frais (kilom\u00e9triques ou non) cr\u00e9\u00e9es, la <strong>note de frais scann\u00e9e<\/strong> ou la <strong>carte associ\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019itin\u00e9raire<\/strong> est <strong>automatiquement charg\u00e9e dans la GED IFS<\/strong> et rattach\u00e9e \u00e0 la ligne.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section
